Vashtorr still not become a fully fledged chaos god yet.but at least,does it have own mark or symbol now?

I alway expect some Dark Mechanicus style chaos marines warbands,they would be the Iron Hands of chaos side,a bunch of chaos cyborg marines and mad cyborg cultists and a lot of Daemon Engines lead by some badass warpsmiths. This is what we've been waiting for.

if Slaanesh army can release more boobs units,that would be good.of course GW daren't and can't do that----------so I think GW may replace Slaanesh with Vashtorr,at least it and its army unit don't trigger politic correct guys.

No, Vashtorr is not a god and as such doesn't have its own daemons or mark.

As Gert said. Vashtorr isn’t a God, at least not yet.

But that doesn’t necessarily mean he can’t bestow power and blessings and that on favoured minions, or won’t have some kind of symbol associated with loyalty to him.

I don’t think the cannon names any renegade chapters that are in the command of or worship Vashtorr but the setting provided give you room to invent your own

And rules wise he absolutely can lead CSM and cultists so create your own warband

I don't know that GW was thinking ahead enough for a Vashtorr/Iron Warriors team-up. But it would be a nice story line. Vashtorr could end up being the (sub)"face" of Chaos Undivided on the Daemon side.

IMO, Vashtorr is meant to be the 40k counterpart to the Horned Rat. There are even some parallels between the nature of the Skaven and Vashtorr himself (Skaven are known for their industriousness and inventiveness, etc.)
