Looking for some ideas / suggestions to ne able to model more Primaris Victrix Guard models either conversions of GW models or bits/parts to use to make out an Honour guard for Captain Cato Sicarius

TIA

Well, in 10th I think you can only field them with Calgar; unless they are still a separate unit under legends.

Bladeguard vets would probably be my first and last stop if I wanted to make more. They are sword and board marines with an appropriate amount of bling. Maybe actually a little too much.

Another option might be the company command box.

I'd do Bladeguard as they're fairly interchangeable and have been for a few now but I think my first stop might be the Inner Circle Champions with some shoulder swaps. Most of the Vixtrix are hidden under the cape, so the sidestep to robes I think actually does better.

Edit to Add: In fact I'm even contemplating making some Bladeguard out of the Inner Circle Companions kit and some 3D Stormshield bits with DA iconography. I like the idea of painting some of the BGV in a DA army as ICC with the BGV role (and thus their datasheet but ICC looks) and painting some BGV in the Deathwing colors.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.

I've made a budget friendly Ultramarines army (about 4,000 points now?) using almost exclusively Easy to Build marines and parts from my bits box.

This army started off with three halves of the 8th ed starter box. I converted two Lieutenants into Vextrix Guard. I gave them swords from Grey Knights Terminators, Shields from Custodian Guard, and a head (the bulky one) from the Venerable Dreadnought.
