Can rat ogors be put in a regiment with grey seer because the grey seer can take anyone with the skaven key word or do ogors only go with marauder hero's only?

I do not have the new book, but as long as the Grey Seer has Any Skaven he can take any unit with the Skaven keyword. The GW list-building app certainly permits it. Most if not all armies have a few Heroes that can take any units in their Regiment.
