I love the torsos for GKs and GK terminators, they look suitably mystic to me.

GK was my go-to in the pre-primaris days. Some bits would still work, but a lot would be too small.

What about blade guard veterans as a base? Ornate armour, a bit of robe showing and the swords could be done up as force weapons easily enough.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
They come in the Dark Angel combat patrol as well so I thought they might be relatively cheap in eBay, but no such luck.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Inner Circle Companions might also fit the bill, and are in this years Christmas army box, so should be popping up on eBay. Only downside is the baked in sword motif especially in the chest.

Sternguard are also have a bit of robe, it the kit seems to be rather focussed on guns, so you’d need to get more cc arms from somewhere.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Thinking up my alley flinty.
They’re going to be low level rookies i guess you could say so the sternguard may be a good start but I’m having trouble finding arms and weapons.
A different head may be cool too but we’ll see.
I think I’m going to use exorcist shoulder pads for the skull librarian motif.

I get a lot of my bits from eBay
The Grey Knights terminators have a lot of books for banners that might be worth looking at
