The Master of the Ravenwing Jetbike. I bought one, painted and loved it as only a single adult man who was recently separated from his fiancé can love a pewter model.

I have to amend my previous statement.

The best model to convey ultimate badassery is the RT era Marneus Calgar.

He doesn't need his cloak, his helmet, or heck, he doesn't even ln need to stand up to kick some serious butt in the universe

All of it. Every last one.

To zoom in on one Imperial world and continue to expand its crazy aesthetic is just Chef’s Kiss.

Also, a very quick aCkShuAlLy on the Eldar Corsair Prince, as it also existed in the 2nd Ed Codex. Was pretty fighty, and could take a load of Wargear Cards making it even more Fighty. Downside was you had to buy them a squad of Corsairs to join.

Even the new enforcers?

Wait, I won one of these [in 2009] from a GW battle bunker, and it didn't have a door gunner!

Isn't FW supposed to be better that the eventual GW plastic?

:(

only coming from IG I have a lot of love for the older Sentinel and the simple chimera. So much options to convert. Wheeled chimeras, Chimeras with the turret in the middle, Chimerrax, Chimedon, Chimero, all the Artillery pieces, MedEvac Chimera etc. etc. etc.
And similarly that one Sentinel kit could build so many variants (a lot of weapons options, closed top, caged top, no top, windows open/closed, Catachan or Cadian heads etc.) and you always had quite a lot useful parts left over without the kit getting too expensive was great. And then the Powerlifters and the like and all the options you could come up with yourself...
I'm usually a "one of each model" kind of collector, but I got 7 Sentinels...

Do you have the Egg shaped Sentinels too?

Best is the super scary, super tiny Eldar Avatar.

I dont have an Eldar army, but I would play one if I had this guy ... I would mount him on the new Avatar's giant base though.

The best unit was the do it yourself deodorant grav tank from White Dwarf.

I find it odd that you can now buy 3d prints of the old conversion.
