Out of Tomb kings and High Elves, which would you say is typically the main magic centric army?? I would have always chosen High elves until I read the mortuary cult rules.

I know its somewhat of an unfair comparison given that High elves don't have their arcane journal yet. I was just hoping to get some opinions.

Its not so the magic is that strong its the stuff you can not stop, My will be done from the king or the healing of the units from the priests.

Those abilitys keeps the army running.
