I’ve been playing Chaos Knights for a while now with varying results, currently running a desecration flanked by a pair of Brigands, and either a Karnivore or a Stalker / huntsman for closer duties. I also have Nurglings and Bloodletters to mop up any points.

I’m now looking to double the army size, and I better caveat this before I start that I’m not doing the new Fiefdom rules (I can’t think of anything worse than painting hordes of cultists), so I’m sticking with knights, dogs and some demons.

Given that I’ve got ranged weapons covered by the Desectraor giving the Brigands rerolls, I was thinking of adding a Rampager and flanking it with two Karnivores to give the same rerolls.

Alternatively I also like the Cerastus Lancer (mostly for its 4++, 25w, free tank shock and because it’s a bit different).

This gives me plenty of left over for some supporting demons, I was thinking a Soul Grinder to go with the bloodletters.
