How do!
One for the older Dakkanauts, as it relates to some supreme silliness from….lets face it, probably far longer ago than my mind is willing to admit.
And it centres on someone in the US attempting to persuade a Court to hand him, and some (all?) FLGS ownership and control of the entirety of GW’s IP.
I remember reading the initial document, and finding it hilarious. I think it boiled down to “they’re the sole owner and manufacturer of their goods, therefore it are am anti-trust”.
Anyone know what happened in the end?

That’s the one. I’m not at all surprised it seems he failed to re-file.

The only real drama I recall from way back was Mandelbaum.

If I recall right his scam was way back before 3D printing and where he offered to sell Warlord sized titans and custom models and such. He could sculpt/convert but he's never actually deliver.
Or he'd deliver to a few and leave others hanging with endless arguments/reasons to basically run out the Paypal refund window.
There was a bunch of other stuff in there too - real crazy/full on scamming.

Google turned up a Dakka thread, long since locked with the majority of the posts deleted. You can see OP’s contributions, and them answering others, but not the posts from others.
Wonder when the last time we got the “Hasbro am buy GW” rumour went around.

Eh Hasbro are bleeding money these days and slashing teams - heck they literally threw away money when they slashed the DnD team just after one of the biggest video games ever got released and that team helped work on it and Larion just turned around and basically showed them a middle finger of "nope we won't do an expansion - we'll do a bunch of free amazing stuff and then go make our own game". This is also after they announced a brand new edition of DnD and just after their attempt to strongarm DnD and destroy its entire 3rd party market.
Hasbro don't seem like they'd be in a buying position now. They've gone from buy-all-the-things to milk-all-the-things and are now entering the destroy-all-the-things to keep the shares up before the house of cards comes tumbling down and the CEO/board/biggest shareholders do a runner.
