I'm putting together a Blood Ravens force based on their eclectic acquisitions from the Dawn of War games.

I want to add the Imperial Knight Paladin Draco from Dawn of War to my army.

He has a cool emblem on his tilting shield and I was hoping to copy it onto a model. What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Probably would start with getting a large, good quality square on version of the image. The easiest next step would be finding someplace with a printer than can put white ink on transfer paper, and then just do a decal.

The other version I'd found would be to draw matching grids on the model and over the design, then cover and/or flip the design, and go block by block copying what's in each box of the grid.

Edit:

I would change a thing or two. I would put the Heraldry in the 3 places it usually lives and make the Blood Ravens Emblem more apart of the Knight. It looks like it's just been slapped on the shoulder.

^As above, can you get a better angle on the emblem?

One thing I’ve done in the past (but not recently) is to print out a picture of the model and use a plastic sheet and dry erase markers to help get a sketch of what things would look like where.

I guess I need to find a copy of DoW3 to screenshot the emblem square on.

It's sad that I can't build Lady Solaria as her configuration is for chaos builds only.

Thanks for the advice.
