So im slowly putting together a marine army and this is what I have thus far...

Lieutenant w/ Plasma Pistol & Power Fist

Librarian (in Phobos Armor)

Techmarine

Intercesser Squad (5-man), Sgt has Plasma Pistol & Power Fist

Intercesser Squad (5-man), Sgt has Plasma Pistol & Power Fist

Primarus Redempter Deadnaught w/ Icarus Rocket Pod, Onslaught Gatling Cannon, Macro Plasma Incinerator, & Twin Storm Bolter

So I was thinking about snagging an Eliminator Squad & having them join with the Librarian for some silly stealth shenanigans. But I may need more punch, especially vs the Nidzilla army and tough Nugle army that my local group has cooking!

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Keep them dice rolling.

If you want both eliminators and punch, you could equip them with las fusils?

There are a ton of ways to put together a marine army. What appeals to you?

If you are worried about tough targets, look at either big guns, or ways to cheet the system like lethal hits. Rerolls are always good as well.

Aesthetically, I've always thought that Aggressors look really good painted up as Crimson Fists, since they have large fists to make the effect pop.

Anything with a powerfist is thematic gold. Or crimson, as the case may be.

And it might just be my age, but I thought they did well fluffwise as 1st and 10th lists. Rebuilding after the whole Rynn’s world disaster they had the vets that survived it, and the new recruits working up the ranks. Not sure if that’s valid these days with all the primaris reinforcements.
