I just found out Wargames Illustrated has stopped selling PDF copies of the magazine, which is annoying.

I still have a subscription to Wargames Solders and Strategy in both PDF and print, and I recently subscribed to White Dwarf again but via Warners Group themselves, as Games Workshop themselves consistently fail to deliver it on time.

I'm happy to get any magazine in print or PDF and in English. I also have a subscription to Readily for some other non-wargaming magazines but I think Miniature Wargames is on there too.

Some public library systems in the US have digital copies of Wargaming Magazines for use through their system.

But it really varies by county. In Orange County (Florida) there are hundreds of current magazines (foreign and domestic), I used to read Strategy & Tactics every month for free. Then I moved and my current neighboring county, which has none.

The only one I'm into is the 28 magazine. It's more about the miniatures and art than the gaming though.

Haven't subscribed to a hobby magazine in years. I was a subscriber to Climbing, then Bass Player, then Model Railroader, but with all of them, I realized there was less and less material that appealed to me.

Haven't bought a WD or other wargaming magazine in a long time either.

I pick up the odd issue of Wargames Illustrated. My local shop has it in English. But it's mostly Historical, and although I like Historicals I'm mostly a fantasy and sci fi gamer.

White Dwarf doesn't appeal to me any more, I've got great nostalgia for the Paul Sawyer era but not the present day stuff.

I did the entire run of a recent Combat Patrol magazine. I have a lot of models now.
