Sadly, Acid House, makers of really outstanding "battlefield in a box" paper fold terrain is closing down. The current kickstarter due to launch this summer for space hulk type corridor terrain is cancelled. 30% off on the website for the moment before it closes down.

Very sorry to hear it - I have the sci fi set and it is incredibly useful. Get it while you can!

Hey everyone,

I am writing this announcement because, sadly, I’ve decided to indefinitely pause the Acid House Terrain project.

Working on an indie venture like this requires countless hours, lots of energy to solve big and small problems and the resilience to handle long-term stress. On top of that, since my very first project, we’ve faced Brexit, Covid, a global logistics crisis, inflation spikes and tariffs, all of which have driven up costs and increased the financial risk of launching new products.

These requirements don’t align well with having a family and, although I love this project, I’m not just a creator, but also a husband, a father and a son.

So, my next step is to move into a position where I can better attend to the needs of my personal life. No more sets will be designed or produced in the foreseeable future, and the next Kickstarter, which already had 2000 followers, is cancelled.

Good news is that If you already own an Acid House Terrain set, you now have a truly limited-edition collectible!

In case you still need some more terrain, I’ll keep the stock for a couple of months, so you can go grab the last copies available, with a nice discount included!
