I've played spearhead and TBH find it really dull. 4th edition AOS bumped a lot of point costs and we're playing with a lot less models here than before. The hero and 2-3 small units in spearhead coupled with the simplified rules and abilities tend to be such a bland combination that it can't impress anyone IMO.

Prolly, I admit that of all the editions I like 4th the least so (excluding the shorter coherence range - i like this change alot), no doubt, this alters my judgement to a huge extent
