Check out Adminastratum on Goonhammer.

We use it to run all of our Crusades.
It doesn't have the current Armageddon stuff yet though. (Well, as of last week anyways) So you'd have to manually add those options.

I've been meaning to look into it- there's also someone who developed one on the forum here, and I've been meaning to check that out too.

Personally, I'm going to experiment with building a cloud drive to support the campaign. I figure the cells in a spreadsheet can represent territories on a map. When a player conquers a territory, they put a hyperlink in the cell that links to a file that includes a brief summary of the battle in which the territory was won including the opponent so that the GM can verify it, as well as a roster of the forces stationed to defend the territory in the event of an attack upon it.

It's a work in progress though, so I'm not sure who well it will work as the campaign grows.

But I think the Administratum App would be helpful for tracking things like XP, battle honours, etc. The difficulty fo my group is that our campaign also includes Kill Team games that import some of the Spec-Ops content from previous editions... so for us, Administratum would only be able to do part of the job that we need it to do. It might be better to see how far I can push a shared drive full of easy to use templates.

You can manually add non- standard rewards/upgrades in Adminastratum.
