According to the Lost Minis Wiki, it is a Bretonnian Duke

From the site: Citadel produced this 3087 Bretonnian Duke boxed set under code "82-37".

It was listed as Bretonnian Duke 1. The Duke with two handed axe is listed as Bretonnian Duke 2.
