I don't think there's really any strongly Alpha Legion themed units in the current range. This is supposed to represent their more indirect tactics of manipulating mortals on target worlds and sowing distrust among the enemy to inspire uprisings and betrayals prior to their arrival. If any Legion is likely to cause mass defections among the Guard, it's probably them (or the Thousand Sons).
