Looks solid. You're obviously playing to the Custodes' strengths, with all the infantry and two Caladius grav-tanks. I've never used Sags, but the +1 to wound from Lions makes Custodes' lackluster shooting so much better, so this is likely the best detachment for them.
I don't think the Rhino is super useful. Unless you have a specific tactic that involves it, it might actually be a liability... Just another large, unwieldy unit on the battlefield that can easily deny a friendly squad the benefit of Against All Odds (Lions detachment ability) by its mere presence. IMO, your Sisters of Silence should entrust their survival to buildings, their 3+ save, and your opponent being focused on bigger threats.
If you remove the Rhino and one Vigilator (and have spare Custodian models), you can afford to bump two Custodian Guard squads from 4 to 5 dudes, increasing their chances of dealing with any threats all by themselves. When you play Lions, bigger units are better.
