My opponent had an Cadian Shock Troopers squad led by Inquisitor Greyfax.

He then had a Commissar issue Fix Bayonets! to the squad.

He said that since it affects the entire unit, that Greyfax is included and her WS goes from 3+ to 2+.

Yeap, Greyfax got regiment keyword so can get orders from commissar.
