It’s from the sometime between 1988-1991, a space marine with hooded tabard and power sword.

I don’t think it’s particularly rare, so it’s probably worth about as much as other metal space marines of that era: a few quid.

Is that the one that was possibly a rework of a chaos model? I have some memory of that, but I can't recall exactly.
