Lieutenant is Lone Operative and essentially is out robbing the enemy of cool stuff while the rest of the army fights.

Looks pretty good. Might have some issues moving around the table if you need to shift focus, as almost everyone is just moving around at a walk. You do have some deployment tricks, and the Lt w/ combi has a scoot move.
