I've just watched the Loremasters "Skitarii of the Horus Heresy" episode on Warhammer TV, and am wondering how much of it is new lore / fluff? I don't remember stuff like the spoilered below being mentioned before.

I wonder if they're referring directly to the Martian Skitarii, rather than them as a whole.

I understand that not everyone has access to Warhammer TV, but there's a few clips from it on YouTube - Short 1 & Short 2 (oddly, Dakka's YouTube tag doesn't support Shorts).
