How do!
I’m gonna go ahead and assume that by the time you’ve read this, you’ll have already seen Heresy is getting a lot of new Custard Toys in plastic. From your basic Custards, to Flying Bananas, Shiny Contemptors and three Grav Tanks.
But…you may have missed this wee nugget tucked away in the associated Warhammer Community article.
We’ve dropped a few hints that some of these models are also perfect for using in Warhammer 40,000 and it’s entirely true. A rules update for the Adeptus Custodes is set for later this year. But several of these new miniatures are already perfectly suitable to represent current units in Warhammer 40,000.
So, new
40K Custards Rules coming later this year (as we’re only on day 3586937 of January, that’s quite a window). Please manage your own expectations beyond that confirmation? But given they’ve confirm at least the infantry are going to be dual system? I’d expect at least
some of the other Heresy Plastics to show up.
I’d bet almost certainly the Contemptors. But honestly? I think I’d be a bit disappointed if the Grav Tanks don’t also show up. And the Jump Pack troops.
It also leaves a significant time period for Heresy to get a second batch, like the Telemon Dread.
