Hi folks,

I have to get back into Warhammer and collect Orks after a LONG time adulting, its time to get back to it. As a teenager I used to collect Eldar and and High elves back in the day.

Seing the eye popping prices and my absolute aversion to spending any money, I have decided to pickup my first miniture, my way...
Its been 2 days, I have been trying to justify the price of warhammer so I truely took drastic action, my first step was buying some Champaign, shared the bottle with my wife, then I used that it to get started.

Firstly its taken me 2 days for this miniture, how do you guys work so fast! I lost the instructions and I dont have any glue really.

I dont think I can paint BTW.

Any tips welcome!

Hi, welcome to Dakka!

There's so many great ork sculpts now. It's a great choice to start collecting again. Getting some good reliable glue is a first step. 2 days is pretty good if you're rusty. Fortunately with orks you can always cover up mistakes with bits and bobs and call it a conversion!
