1 - Is there a way to edit or influence what 4 images are displayed in your gallery - Top Rated Images section?
I got one of the images displayed that has voting disabled.

2 - Does (Rating) mean different than (Rate This Image) ?

1. No, it is automatic based on a few different settings which vary based on time / user / ratings / etc

2. The combined rating is generated from the scores given to 'Rate this Image', you can rate your own images, but the rating only takes effect after a certain number of votes from third parties.
