We are aware of a potential issue that may be affecting two of our products.
Basing Sand – Atlantiko Blue (275ml)
Basing Sand – Moss Green (275ml)

We are currently investigating this potential manufacturing issue, and while we establish the facts in a thorough and timely manner, we ask out of an abundance of caution that these two products are not used.

Through our distributor, we are asking our retail partners to halt the sale of these products until we are able to accurately answer any questions we have. For those already purchased, we ask you to keep them in their sealed containers, and for any based models to avoid being handled.

Again, we are carrying out our investigations swiftly, and until they are complete, there are limited details we can provide. As soon as these tests are complete, we will provide further updates and any next steps if they are required. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but please rest assured, we are acting with an abundance of caution and in our community's best interests above all else.

This might be a UK-only thing, but the sand's from China.

There's speculation that it's the same asbestos issue that's affected other sand - Hobbycraft (https://www.gov.uk/product-safety-alerts-reports-recalls/product-recall-hobbycraft-giant-box-of-craft-2601-0364) for example.
