Finally cracked open a big Forge World kit that's been in the pile of shame for two years and yeah, the warping is pretty rough on some of the larger hull panels. I've always done the boiling water dunk-and-reshape method but a mate swears by his heat gun now — says it gives you more control and the resin holds the correction better once it cools. I'm a bit nervous about scorching detail work with a heat gun if I'm not careful. Anyone had panels spring back to their original warp after the hot water method?
