I know it has that one Flayer planet Drazak. And apparently the Ghoul Stars have some abnormally horrifying xenos. But other than that, the region is a blank space. So I was wondering if there were any official 40k stories set in the Ghoul Stars?

The Carcharadons have an informal agreement with the renegade Ashen Claws who are based in the region but they roam all over the place.

The Death Spectres are permanently based in the Ghoul Stars to prevent its horrors spilling into the wider galaxy.
