Wahoo! I'm hyped to be working with Jon Hodgson of Handiwork Games on another round of backdrop books. If you're new to them, they're A4 and A3 sized books that you place behind your minis to help photograph them cool. I use them for 99% of my pics, and have since they first came out. I have a sample book coming any day so you'll see me demonstrating these latest ones.

from Handiwork Games:
With Trench Crusade Backdrop Books heading out the door this week, we're looking to the next round of Backdrop Books releases!

We've been hard at working ensuring we have 4 fully-completed, ready to go books for our next round of Backdrop Books.

These will be:

More Fantasy - the first Backdrop Book which featured fantasy themed landscapes is our best selling title across everything we do, so it's about time we did MORE FANTASY! This is a lovely selection of new fantasy paintings.

Sci-Fi Cityscapes - focusing on urban sci-fi settings, this book presents a variety of vistas from a sprawling sci-fi city.

Horror and Hellscapes brings you a series of sinister, spooky and gothic images for all your investigators, vampires, ghouls and other anti-social denizens.

Robot Future is designed to show off your robot models with zoom lines and suitably techy looking backdrops.

Stay tuned to see both me and Jon mucking about with them and more pics of what is inside.

Which is intriguing you the most? For me personally - HORROR (as that's what I mostly paint) and for my Bad Squiddo use it's MORE FANTASY as they're some of my favourites.

He will! And his new friend - Hans Cockman.

I'm stalking the postie for the sample print book to arrive so I can get cracking!
