Does anyone here do or know of someone that does custom artwork and that may compile custom codices? I am interested. I hate the point crunching for hours before a battle and I also have custom armies and like to make my own fluff. Therefore, I would love to have custom codices.

Not an artist but, how big is your budget? I've seen other people do their custom splatbooks and whatnot, where custom art is involved it is always commissioned when the creator isn't the creative type to do it theirselves.

I can't say I have a large budget; but I'll pay a fair amount for the work. Anything to avoid AI slop.

You get what you pay for, if the budget is tight you could check Fiverr for budget commissions, or you keep an eye out on 40k sub reddits for custom art and find out if artists offer their services.

Another option would be to set money aside for a single, high quality piece that serves as your guideline / centrepiece / cover art or what have you to serve as your visual first introduction to your themes.
