This is the first of the new defilers I've seen outside of WD. I love it. Is that a few subtle conversions, or is it options from the kit?

The head has been repositioned in - IMHO - a superior position, and the hole it left filled with one of the Blood Bowl team coins with a Slaaneshi symbol from somewhere stuck on it. Other than that, all the bits of the Defiler are from the kit.
