This is a conversion LONG in the making. I found the animals (These are long OOP Warhammer Fantasy Cold Ones, right?) in my FLGS's bits box well over a decade ago, along with some Catachan torsos. Bought some legs from Mad Robot Miniatures, Some spare arms and heads from the Catachans/ SpaceNam kits and some spears from Fantasy Chaos Warriors and happy times are here. I can't believe it all sat in a box for over a decade before I got to it.

BTW, anyone know where to get more of those Cold Ones?

You can find the OOP cold ones of various sorts on eBay. Cool idea for catachans
