Does a necron unit that is falling back count towards total models on the table for necrons not to phase out?

Drano doesn't exactly scream "toy" to me.

If they are on the table, is there a reason why they wouldn't count for phase out? If not, then they are simply models on the table, the only requirement to count as being on the table regarding phase out. I'm guessing you think the VP table has something to do with phase out for some reason?

No, I just don't have a necron codex and don't know much about the WBB rule. Unlike you I don't jump to conclusions about things I know nothing about because I don't even own the book.

That's right, instead you ask basic questions and take the wrong side of issues and then act like you were just playing devil's advocate. That's much better.

Let's see unless you didn't have the book for these:

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=72396&view=topic  Where you don't know how squads work.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=75870&view=topic  In which you can't read the equipment section.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=76259&view=topic Where you try to justify using terrain in an abusive way.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=77138&view=topic Where you can't read or understand basic english.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=79401&view=topic Do you own a basic rulebook?

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=78577&view=topic Fluff is rules you say?

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=76633&view=topic Oh the thread you are talking about. My answer was:

Is the building area terrain? Yes.

Is it WYSIWYG? No.

Damn simple.

I guess I don't see how that is jumping to a conclusion since I gave two conditional answers, I left it up to you to clarify. Note that not everyone will have every book and this is supposed to be a forum to discuss unclear rules, so you would have been better off giving the conditions you are trying to address instead of *female dog*ing that not everyone can get to a codex. I was right by the way, as I said if it was area terrain then yes, and that was correct.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=80103&view=topic Do you really own the CoD book? The answers make it look like you just can't read.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/Default.aspx?tabid=93&forumid=15&postid=82006&view=topic Hey look another stupid topic. If you have read any of the rules for regular missions they specify "Entirely within xx inches" and "Within xxinches". Several psychich powers use "Within xx inches" and deployement uses "within xxinches" and shows hte model not being entirely within the area. It's obvious that again you just can't read but would rather insult those who try to answer your questions instead of reading the rules on your own.

Yeah, I'm not the one digging a hole here.

Not exactly sure what this is about, but you guys should take it to PMs.

And yes, falling back Necrons do count towards the WBB total.
