My 30K Space Marines are coming along.

This is the 4 and 5th guy of the first squad. The squad is mainly for 1st edition Space Hulk missions. These have Lighting Claws and Storm bolters.

I like the MK 3, not the helms or packs. Unlike the other 3, I wanted to see how these looked without the pack. I like it.

Why are they all on 25s?

I am also confused about whether this is for 30k or 40k.

When I saw it in the showcase forum I assumed it was for 40k, but using some 30k-themed parts.

But since you posted them here instead of the 40k forum I have to ask. As RaptorusRex said, why are they on 25s?

Beyond that, while their main bodies look like Iron armour, the helmet of the third guy is Primaris, and storm bolters were not yet in use in 30k. Since you say these are made for Space Hulk games, that makes sense, but then shouldn't they be over in the specialist games subforum?

(Also, since you mentioned comments are welcome - I'll mention that the body you used seems to have a very shallow neck slot, which results in an elongated neck when combined with an unmodified Primaris helmet. Might be a good idea to trim down the helmet's neck!)

@ Ashirya, I will trim down the necks on the next five. Mainly space hulk 1st edition. Also my OG are on 25's. You know before GW started selling pre molded bases. I wanted to continue the theme. I also do not like the heads or the back pack on the MK 3's.
My guys still have the suits but went with the close assault helmet when they came around. I like to think head bash into the face with the sharp end of the beakie helm.
Im sure the staff sgt or Lt, maybe even the 1st sgt will have talk with said Space marine.
