Not bad, though I might suggest trading in markerlights on troops for a squad of stealths with 3 XV25s, 2 with Drones and 1 drone each, the commander with Targetting Array and a markerlight along with a HW TL and HW DC +1 marker drone.

The unit is very good at marking targets and still has the advantage of being stealths.

3 units of firewarriors with markerlight drones are 3 targets begging to get shot up. Everything else in your army is pretty immune to small arms fire so they will be the bulk of the targets eating it up.
