So I am going to buy the forgeworld world eater dread tomorrow.  I am getting the 2 close combat arms, one with flamer and one with combi-bolter.  My question is how do I model the "destroyer" chaos gift on the dread?  Any ideas?

I wanted to add the orc gargbot buzz saws but never did it. But worth an idea I think. A other way is working on the legs to give him a running pose. But careful it could happen that he looks more like falling over then running.

spiky bits/blades on the body? "servo arm" style appendages in addition to the CCW arms? tentacles / organic limbs?

Skip the Forge World arms and buy yourself an old He-Man action figure. Chop off the arms, glue them to your dread and paint a tatoo across his bulging bicep that says "DESTROYER". The great thing about doing this, is you can swap out the weapons without those stupid rare earth magnets.

If two of those crazy Forge-World chainsword arms don't count as visual evidence of the destroyer upgrade, I kind of wonder what does.

You could always toss on Killa Can buzzsaw arms, Ghazkull Arms, or even modified techmarine/techpriest/adeptus mechanicus arms, but personally, I think it would be a real shame to sully a Forge World dreadnought with crappy GW metal bits.

You know Supabeast, you make one hell of a good point. I don't think I will need to modify this bad boy any more than Forgeworld already did. Thanks.

Destroyer is a Khorne only gift right?
Make it looks like Khorne.Extend the chainsaws or give him more blades on all of the sides.A pile of bodies as a base could work too

Just buy a couple of extra marines from someone who bought the Macragge boxed set, chop 'em up, and put them on the base. It would look great!
