Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I Die, You are forgiven. If I Live, I will kill you." Such is the Rule of Honor.
So if I see you guys, I am a faithful, non-existing grey knight who just died?

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money
"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell
Mine's the winged wheel, the symbol of a police motor officer. I like motorcycles, am in the process of becoming a police officer and my dad is a retired motor officer so it's fitting.
I'm a huge Rhodesian Bush War geek and the pic I use is a crop from a larger photo showing Rhodesian soldiers fording a stream some time in the late '70s. The photo originally apeared on the cover of Soldier of Fortune magazine. The original description blurb in the magazine identifies the men as members of the Selous Scouts, but I doubt it. These guys are way too clean cut and uniform to likely be members of the notoriously camera shy Scouts. They are more likely members of an infantry rifle company or perhaps Rhodesian Light Infantry. But as there is no visible insignia, that's just a guess.
