There isn't any specified age limit for becoming a DCM and more importantly, that information is not something we ask. As long as you are able to donate via paypal the choice is yours.

There is a bit of stuff in the DCM private forum that is a bit more racy than allowed on the general Dakka forums, but it is still incredibly tame compared to what you can find on many, many sites.
