JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.

For any UK Xbox 360 players who are playing it this weekend, the THQ UK Community team are going to be online starting out on Friday 16th September through till Sunday 18th September!
If you're going to be around over the weekend and want to have a game with the team then you need to follow this link where you will find details on how to sign up and the teams gamertags you need to add.
The team will also be giving out spot prizes over the weekend to lucky participants!

Same here! Maybe it was a server issue. Wouldn't be the first time with PSN
Turns out I have a problem with my router settings...I tried to fix it, but to no avail...time to find a smarter friend! LOL
So I tried to fix my router settings, disable then enable NAT settings, change my PS3 ip, reset the router, etc... and after all of this crap my NAT type is still moderate. One of the main reasons to buy this game was for multiplayer, now I can't even play a game. Needless to say I am royally pissed.
Yep same here. I tried for over an hour last night, and I couldn't figure it out. Luckily, I have a friend in IT, and he's coming over this weekend to help me with the problem 
The Space Marine forum says that it's a bug with the UI, meaning that it can take more than half an hour to find a game.
Apparently they're working on a fix for release in the first patch.
That's good news. I wasn't expecting the game to be without bugs, glad they're on top of it.

 THQ used MY thread to make an official announcement! I feel so special!
They should give me Retributuion for free.
Anyway, haven't played much, but would love to play a game with some DAKKA PSN users soon.

I know this is just a thread to see who has it on which platform, but I'd like to ask something-
when I first get the jump pack in the campaign, I only shoot up about 2 feet, and shoot forward about 10. I've tried aiming down, up and forwards when I do it, still nothing. Any help?
EDIT- I've figured it out. I was only tapping space, instead of hlding it
