I really don't know how to describe Jelly-Babies (apart from 'they're awesome'), but they are completely different to gummi bears. If you're ever visiting, I'd recommend them. And Vimto.

They look like a cross between Swedish Fish (my favorite) and Gummi Bears.

They don't have the shell on the outside, but yeah, I suppose the inside of a jelly bean is the closest thing to Jelly Babies that I can think of. What are swedish fish?
Jelly Babies are made by Bassetts. Accept no substitute.

For me it's a toss up. I love me some Swedish Fish, which I'm sure aren't from Sweden at all. Bright red fruity goodness in there.
But when it comes to your average candy bar, I'll always go for a Milky Way first. But really, anything with caramel (or is it carmel?) goes to the top of my list. I especially love the new milky ways that are all carmel and no nougat. It's nummy.
