Whats the adress of the church your gong to be at and what room?

The address for the Church is 303 S. Peck Ave. Manhattan Beach CA 90266. I recommend parking in the back parking lot with is off of Rowel (I would take a quick look at google maps cause it will make more sense that way). The room is in the back of the church (by the back parking lot) on the north side. We will be the only folks there that night so if you poke around you should hear us.

Do you guys do any Fantasy or are you strictly 40k?

We have yet to see any fantasy actually played. I have heard folks have armies but I doubt they will just bring them. If its not to out of your way you could swing by and try to set something up for next time or ask some of the folks on the forums. There is no reason people can't play fantasy, and we have been playing warmahordes to.

I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to make it tomorrow or not, just FYI.

I do run tomb kings for fantasy got about 4-5k in points

Just wanted to thank everyone who made it out tonight, it was quite a bit of fun despite the 40 minute power outage.

Hey guys moving to Los Angelos August 1st.. You guys still excepting new players into the group? And do you think you'll still be hosting games come that time?

As long as you are cool to follow some pretty basic rules all folks are welcome, and I don't see why we wouldn't. In fact my wife starts Law school in August and if everything people are saying is true I will not be seeing much of her, which means I will have some time to fill.

Like I said in the past the only thing that could really keep us from always welcoming new folks is gaming tables. And even then we might just have to get creative with time. I don't claim to speak for everyone, but I personally would rather only get one game in and just hang out then turn people away.

Also I just want to throw out a thank you to all the folks who stuck around and helped clean up. I got to bed at a reasonable hour and wasn't super tired for work the next day!

Sadly Xeno I forgot to take pictures of my pretty epic battle. It was my DA vs Space Wolves (my first time playing them). There were a lot of drop pods on the table by the end of the match and it was pretty close, but I ultimately lost. Real fun game though, part of the reason I forgot to take pictures was we were just having to much fun to remember to pause and take pictures. Maybe bloodfist took some from one of his games?

Hi everyone. I hope people have been having a good Summer. It has been a while since we had a meet up just because of holidays and such.

I finally got the go ahead from the church for the 20th of July from 1:00 till midnight. I am in a bit of a losing streak so I am looking forward to getting a couple games in.

Toocool61, yes people play 2000 points. A lot of the people who have come in the past have several large armies. Not everyone who comes will be able to field 2000, but many will.

I'll be there probably later on in the afternoon. I can do 2k.

I'll also be bringing my Epic stuff.

I ran into Fenrir (Sergio) today, and he said he intends to be there.

I just learned I would be out of town for this! but I am willing to meet up anytime.

hey fellas, I'm planning on heading down for the 20th as well, i have my new board all painted up so ill bring that and the terrain box, as usual. i may be bringing a new player with me and letting him use one of my armies (maybe the wolves if you want some revenge goat ) if anyone wants to play a smaller game or 2 with him. also ill have my crons with me for sure, running 1500/1750 games.

And thx to goat and crew for putting together what is always a very fun night of gaming ! (even when its in the dark lol)

I am always down to help a new gamer out. I am pretty decent at giving solid advice without being too controlling. I don't really know the space wolf army very well, but I can read over the codex night before.
