Not quite, "bro." For the record, I'm carefully explaining how wrong you are, not arguing with you.
Let's take a moment and follow the timeline of this thread:
OP begins thread about how scary ebola is
Multiple people explain that his fear is irrational
OP doubles down; begins ignoring people wielding logic and reason
More people, including people in the medical field, explain how overblown the threat of ebola is in the US is
OP then claims he has legitimate fear that his friends and family will fall victim to ebola, starts ignoring more people that don't agree with him
More people cast doubts that will happen
Against all odds, and quite conveniently, the OP then claims the mother of his friend's friend has contracted the disease outside of the affected region (it's not being reported by the press, of course!)
Let all of that sink in a for a minute...

This is a real life friend I've known for years and trust pretty strongly. She has no reason to fib about someone telling her their mother was diagnosed w/ebola. I asked her to keep me in the loop if she hears anything else.
To answer your question, in Windows, click the windows icon, in the search box, type "snipping" and click on the snipping tool.
In OSX, hit command + shift + 3 for the whole desktop, or command + shift + 4 for a snipper.
In Linux.... you probably wouldn't be asking this if you were using Linux.

Thank you but I think that evidence suggests I figured it out just fine after a brief refresher.
According to Virus INC nearly everyone in Greenland is totally safe from this. I always have trouble getting anything to spread to there at all, let alone kill many of the bastards before my plague dies out.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Then your organs start to shut down trying to fight it off. Then, if not caught soon, bad things happen... so, if you having flu like symptoms during a "non flu season". GET THAT gak CHECKED OUT!

A few things emerged from this that concern me;
He developed symptoms (contagious) 3-4 days after landing, which is when he sought medical treatment. Which means he was in actuality, likely contagious 12-24 hours before he sought medical treatment (I have yet to meet someone in healthcare that immediately seeks treatment when symptoms arise). He sought treatment on Friday, so let's say he was contagious sometime Thursday.
After seeking medical treatment on Friday, he was evaluated and released. If he told them he recently traveled from Liberia, had a fever and did not set off red flags at the clinic he was evaluated at--someone needs to answer for this massive stupidity.
He again sought medical treatment on Sunday, was admitted and then placed into isolation on Monday.
So that means, he was likely contagious at least Thursday--Sunday, a period of 3 days and was seen by two (assuming) different clinics/hospitals. If he had a fever when he first sought treatment, he likely had a CBC (lab drawn), perhaps a throat swab (strep if he complained of sore throat), which means whomever that was better have used gloves and washed their damn hands--and the lab personnel it was passed to. So, assuming a nurse, physician, lab personnel, receptionist at first visit---that's at least 4 healthcare workers put at risk. You could start wondering about how busy the clinic was, if the chair was wiped down properly, the door handles, etc. but that's sort of maddening and sickening to think of.
The second visit, looks to be an actual ER call, as they have isolated 3 EMS workers from fire/rescue. This could be bad too, as if they did not follow proper guidelines in wiping down the bus they transported him in--and had a busy night in calls, well yeah. So basically, it's a pretty bad deal that he was seen at a clinic while contagious and it didn't get caught--as he probably spread it there. Hopefully, besides missing the diagnosis, everyone did their job in sanitation.
Regardless, I would be absolutely floored if there wasn't more cases from this in the next several days--the questions for me would be;
Where did he go in those 3 days while highly contagious?
Why did the initial hospital/clinic miss the diagnosis?
How busy was the clinic he first visited and how competent are its workers in sanitation efforts?
How many patients were seen at the clinic during the day he presented?
Where did he collapse (I'm assuming) that it required an EMS call to transport him?
How busy was the ambulance/bus after the call and how competent were the fire/rescue crew in sanitation efforts after?
Hopefully he was a homebody, that visited a dead clinic that saw very few patients and they isolate everyone that may come down the the virus. And hopefully this man was a US citizen, as they refused to answer that question when asked---and if it comes out he was not---after the screams for closing off travel from Liberia beforehand....yikes.

That is a very large number of "what ifs" to consider.
However, even if all the things that could have been done wrong were done wrong, the disease still cannot spread that easily in the US. There are much, much more contagious diseases that have made their way here and were completely stopped by our sophisticated medical apparatus. The CDC is more than equipped to handle an outbreak in the States (keeping in mind, one confirmed case is not an outbreak) through quarantine and contract tracing.

The US Military personnel sent over there were there to train medical staff, bring in medical supplies, and "beef up" the present medical establishment. They had ZERO contact with infected patients. ALL contact with patients was through the local doctors who, from what I've read thus far, also had no contact with US military personnel.

I'm more likely to die from a car accident then ebola so I really can't be arsed to think about it.
2 days before they sanitize the ambulance...that's a bit complacent.

Except basic sanitation can prevent the spread of the virus as it requires direct contact.
And it is well known that the current outbreak in Africa is pretty serious, the governments of the affected regions and the WHO have been pretty clear on that fact. Myself and others have already explained why the military is being sent to help so I don't need to retread on that again.

Yes or no anything Patient Zero touches when in the infectious stage is now a vector for contamination?
If yes then "basic sanitation" won't cut it in a society where people have things called "cars" or "public transportation."
