It's not every possible combination, but most if not all the combinations that were available in 7th edition codexes were included in the different indexes (which, unfortunately, Vect was not. Maybe Forgeworld will put him out if GW isn't going to do something with him.)

Who claimed that every possible combination must be possible? Or is this just another of your strawmen?
