Pretty sure that one of the Tyranid Warrior old loadouts wasn't included in the index or codex either, but I can't remember which one. Might have been a Shrike loadout now I think about it.
It's not every possible combination, but most if not all the combinations that were available in 7th edition codexes were included in the different indexes (which, unfortunately, Vect was not. Maybe Forgeworld will put him out if
GW isn't going to do something with him.)
