They really should have spent more of their budget on the script though.

I sincerely enjoyed the Mutant Chronicles film, but it was the opposite of a good movie.


Also, I don't think it counts as based on a video game (sure, there was a video game of Mutant Chronicles, but the primary vehicle for Mutant Chronicles is tabletop games (I felt like they pulled the most from the Siege of the Citadel board game). It is like saying that the Ultramarines movie was an adaptation of Dawn of War.

I too have the DVD of the Mutant Chronicles film and can honestly say it is just the right size for a beer coaster.
