*Jacobi steps out of the shuttle and takes his laspistol from his belt, starting to walk towards the village* I hope they've got this under control... *halts so suddenly that he wasn't quite prepared for it himself as a necron Flayer walks out of one of the houses, clad in the skin of a human. Jacobi stares at it in fear and disbelief* ... By the Emp-- *is cut off by the Flayer starting to advance towards Jacobi, he staggers backwards and lifts up the pistol, starting to pull the trigger repeatedly. Most shots misses as of Jacobi's bad aim, but as the Flayer comes closer it is struck by three las blasts over the chest. Something appears to break behind the heavy rib-cage as a small flash of energy crackles and it begins to smoke, falling face-down before Jacobi, who continues to pull the trigger even though the gun is out of ammo, aiming at the fallen Necron with a trembling hand*
-yelling* Help! Someone! It's after me! Hale?!
