This thread appears to have run its course and now needs to go to the knackers yard. May the thread god have mercy upon its soul.
For future reference it would be lovely if people could stick to the three rules here and rather than engage with posts that break those rules hit the yellow triangle of friendship to summon a moderator to throw brimstone and fire tell people to stick to the topic and be polite.
