This will be my first space marine army, I am building it to use with three other marine armies my buddies have for a team tournament, since my Kroot really wouldn't help with the theme score. I would like a confirmation on its legality as I'm not too familiar with space marines. Other than that, any tactical advice would definitely be helpful. The list uses the Deathwing rules, but will be modeled to be the Salamanders first company, the Firedrakes.
HQ- Tu'Shan, Chapter Master

Troops- Terminator Assault Squad (5)
(stubborn, thunder hammers with storm shields)

Troops- Terminator Squad (5)

Total: 1000 points
I wrote the list hoping to imitate a Lysander-wing. With all the teleport homers, the army should be together by turn 3. There is the chance that Tu'Shan will be the only one to come in on turn 2, but he's geared up with enough wargear to take a beating. The thunder hammers are to keep the Salamanders theme, as I really didn't want to take heavy flamers instead of assault cannons. The IC does have a thunder hammer, but it shouldn't matter if he tags along with an entire squad that strikes at initiative 1 as well.
I'm just worried about whether this list is legal or not. I don't have the Dark Angels codex, and just went off of the FAQ (it basically says use the Space Marines codex but add +5 points per model for stubborn).
