I recently picked up some scout ccw/bp arms and the missile launcher dude and I have to say I found the scout sculpts severely lacking. Soft details, lack of detail, terrible anatomy & proportions, just all around crap. I know that's harsh, but they're really that bad. Even worse when compared to the metals they replaced.
I'd suggest using plasticard and bits of SM kit (frag & krak grenades, the small pouches, etc..) to gubbins up your Cadians. If you have any GS skills, you could also add stuff like rucksacks, other sized pouches and bandoliers of shotgun shells (cut small plastic rod into equal shapes, glue along a strap line and then use GS to make the top strap holding them in place).

It works if you put cadian arms and heads on the scouts but not vice versa.

I used CSM arms on Cadians. Im up in the air as to how they look. They are not even primed yet so Im holding judgment until I paint them.

It works but the arms are molded to fit around the scout torsos, so when you stick them on a Guard body
1) The arms just out and looks like a big hug. 2) The molded fist on the weapon means you'll have to GS the gap on the shoulder joins.
It works, but the end result is NOT pretty.
