So I'm eventually going to magnetize all the bases on my models and put them on a display board. I'm wondering what kinds of magnets people usually use to ensure the models stick firmly but aren't gonna rip the model off of it's base when trying to remove it from the board. My army is deathwing so I've got the huge 40mm bases to work with but I don't want to invest in something that winds up taking a hundred pounds to lift. Would something like this work?

Or will that be too powerful? Or not powerful enough? I'm using Grey Knight termies so it has to support a fair amount of weight. But again, I'd rather my terminators not take a chunk of the board with them when I pick them up...
