If my model with BS 5 rapid fires a plasma gun and rolls a 2 and a 3, does the two count as overheating even though it's a 'hit?'

I think I like it RAW.

BGB p.30: Multiple Gets Hot Shots
"The chance of suffering wounds is equal to the number of shots being fired, so firing two shots means that the weapon Gets Hot on rolls of 1 or 2."

It's not to do with missing or hitting.

@DaIronGob, why don't you become a DCM? I know this might be an uncomfortable question for some, but if you spend alot of time here, like we both do, why not help keep it going?

Me neither, which is why I went back to the rules in this case. The only thing DCM means is that a member ponied up $25 to help keep the site above water.

I did say usualy. not to say that those that don't have the Tag don't know what they are talking about but its more common that those that do have the tag have been on the boards long enough to know what is going on.

Come on! How is she going to find out?

Worst case scenario is that you give up beer money for one weekend.

Being married complicates things. Asking to spend 25 dollars is alot more compliacted then just "giving up beer money" for the weekend.

This is why married couples should mantain seperate checking accounts...

So take out $25 and tell her you're gonna bet it on the ponies. That'd probably go over better.

I vote you take the 25 and ask her what she spent it on. Always easier to blame than to be blamed.
