Still hate the rhinos.
Lieutenant seems like he would be better as more warm bodies.
Las/Plas squads with tankhunter? Meh. I'd rather just have infiltrate and mocu and be cheap.
Why would you put plasmaguns on powerfist squads?
The defiler seems kinda pointless, and the raptors...eh. Also out of place.
Not really sure what you're going for with this list but it seems disjointed, low model count, and written down in a hard to read format. Lots better ways to run alpha legion.

Raptors might be OK if you had more units that might want to be charging. Maybe put assault weapons on the rhino squads. You really don't want the only thing charging into combat to be 30+ point jump pack guys. Giving them furious charge will also save a lot of points on dead raptors fighting at initiative 4.

Assuming I drop or change the things you suggested, what should I replace them with? Also, your 100% right on the plasma guns in the rhino squads, I dont know what I was thinking, they're now meltas.

Well, let's see.
My bias is toward swarms of infiltrating marines, but lately tournaments are starting to turn 1/3 no infiltrate (or roughly that) around here anyway. So some fast guys might be good.
I think I need to know what you want to do with your list other than win before I give input as to what you should buy. Like, do you see your list as an infiltrating firebase with counter-assault units, or as a bunch of infiltrating assault units with some cheap resilient long-range shootie guys to provide antitank?
Starting with: 2 obliterators 3 x las/plas infiltrating squads
Leaves you with basically a nice core shooting element. It sounds like that is something you want. But realistically, you're not getting anything there that you wouldn't do better using Night Lords for (replace infiltrate with stealth adept).
In theory, there are 3 reasons to go Alpha Legion: 1. Everyone infiltrates!
2. Cultists. I mean...eh, ok. But you need 60-80 of them to even bother. And then some demons. But that's totally not the army you are talking about.
3. infiltrate + another veteran skill with MoCU. So you get 14 man squads of marines with furious charge, infiltrate, and rerollable leadership 10. You also get 10 man squads of infiltrating raptors with furious charge (also great). Infiltrating tank hunting devastators (with a mix of autocannons/heavy bolters or autocannons/missile launchers), also great.
If you're not taking advantage of those bonuses you might as well just go black legion or night lords. Night lords get +1 cover save marines which is way better than infiltrate, and they also get 4 fast attack choices (2 bikes and 2 furies is frigging huge).
So figure out what kind of army you want to play and we'll take it from there.
Also, don't post in armybuilder format. Summarizing is quick.

Why the bias against Rhino Squads with Plasma Guns, odds are that unit will be stranded, so you are better off with the range.
I don't like the Rhino Squads myself either. You are copying them from my list. With me, I use a single squad to get another Icon forward as well as be the Blood Thirster delievery system. You need neither.
If I where you, I would double up on the Raptors and take a huge squad of Cultist and a huge squad of Furies. That is a lot of fast assault.
And Longshot, what is your problem with Army Builder formating? At least you know it's a legal list as well as everything is written out what everything has. When people do Summuries, that bothers me, than you don't even know it is legal. Peace.

I can tell you which one I and everyone else would rather read. You honestly don't need to tell us that your raptor aspiring champion gets daemonic flight, visage and hit and run (just like the Raptors do!).

All right, what I'm going for is a strong infiltrating firebase (las/plas squads and havoks) supported by the obliterators. The shooting will be supported by a strong assault force (raptors, lord, lt, and whatever else you suggest I use to charge). Now perhaps you can offer some specific advice Longshot
